Sometimes it can be a benefit to have your case re-directed to the Bangkok North Municipal Court if possible, since this typically makes it easier for bail to be granted, and the expectation of prison time is lower. However, if your case is being managed by the Bangkok North Municipal Court then they will remand you to the same prison as the Bangkok Criminal Court does if you do not have a capable law firm do bail for you.
If you have a case at the Bangkok North Municipal Court, please contact Thailand Bail about bail or criminal defense.
